Letter to the President
Dear President Marcos,
I wish this letter finds you in a good state. As a concerned citizen of the republic of the Philippines, I want to share my thoughts about the revolving issues that our country has been facing for several years already.
Poverty remains a significant problem. I know it can not be resolved, but it sure can be reduced. I urge you to prioritize inclusive economic benefits for all. Corruption also keeps on soaring. I hope your administration will take stronger actions. Filipinos have been looking forward to your promises since the campaign period. From your 20 pesos per kilogram worth of rice, and a country with unity. None of those have been fulfilled yet, seeing that we are also facing crisis with Alice Guo's disappearance, which she couldn't do without help from an administrative. We, Filipinos, seek for a government that subsides with our dreams of peace and equality.
I write this with hope that these concerns on behalf of the country will be addressed with urgency and sincerity. Our country, the republic of the Philippines depends on you.
